Group's new brand "Katsugyu" is introduced from Japan

Lakaffa's subsidiary "KingZa" announced "Katsugyu", a No.1 Japanese fried steak chain restaurant, is now introduced to Taiwan. “Katsugyu” not only preserves the traditional character of Japanese cuisine, but also brings flavor innovation. The first restaurant will be grand opening in A11 of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store in Taipei.”KingZa” estimates "Katsugyu"’s fried beef steak will quickly gain popularity.

There are different brands under “KingZa”, such as “Wagokoro Tonkatsu Anzu Ginza Taiwan”, “Duan Chun Zhen beef noodle”, and “Osaka Ohsho Taiwan”. Due to market reaction, Tanyu and ChuNian Shabu Shabu were closed. However, “Kingza” has continually been providing innovative, high-performance flavor solutions to keep pace with the ever-changing demands of the market. KingZa is now a public traded company, and it will be expected  a listed company at emerging stock market in the future.

According to research, Taiwanese have more than 20,000 tons of beef a year, which consumes NTD 15.3 billion. KingZa’s CEO said that "KingZa” will devote to providing a variety of gourmet foods for consumer’s option. Following this trend, “Kingza” decided to introduce "Katsugyu" from Japan into Taiwan to satisfy consumer’s needs.

“Katsugyu” is known as its traditional fried beef in Japan. Besides,“Katsugyu” not only preserves the traditional character of Japanese cuisine, but also brings flavor innovation. Meanwhile, “Katsugyu” devotes to develop a variety of seasoning and meals to meet consumer’s satisfaction. We expect that more famous restaurants will be introduced into Taiwan within one year.
